A real estate professional sought to acquire a selection of works for his new Manhattan condo. He was drawn to large-scale black-and-white photography to anchor each room, complemented by smaller, more playful pieces that would introduce moments of color alongside the furniture’s neutral palette.

We worked together to source a mix of historical and contemporary works, including emerging and mid-career artists. The result is a collection in which each piece tells its own story while contributing to a cohesive and balanced environment.

The collection features work by James Needham and Jenny Odell, alongside documentary photographs from Magnum Photos, creating a space that feels both curated and lived-in.
